It was only a single canceled @dallas_hackers (due to weather), but the last one seems so long ago. Feeling anxious setting up the AV for a dry run.

Bò kho served over cauliflower rice. Made some bacon wrapped asparagus as well.

Should I have leftover burgers, brisket, OR bulgogi?

How about a brisket burger AND a bulgogi burger. Well, at least halvsies…

Few things are as messy to eat as a sunny side up breakfast burger, but then again few things are as deluscious.
Smoked bacon cheeseburger with a wonderful accident. I was attempting to make keto chips. It failed, but with some no sugar ketchup they ended up tasting like fast food fries! I tried cutting them into a fry shape, but the consistency wasn’t right. Chip “chips” it is. The stack you see here is one 7” long, thinly cut king oyster mushroom. Brush with melted ghee and air fry at 400 for 7-minutes. Flip chips and continue at 350 for an additional 3-minutes.
Made some sunny side up fried eggs to mix into a bowl of combined leftovers: cauliflower rice, chorizo, and tofu.
