@FibroJedi @Dandelion I wonder if number of new players is also a factor, since festival quests don’t change from year to year. The big anniversary in 2022 (I think?) brought a big bump in numbers of new players, and also lapsed players returning after a long time away - many of whom needed guides to the festivals. But having done them once, they likely wouldn’t be so reliant on the guides in subsequent years?

That probably doesn’t really help you, though. 😔
