Agreed. Too hard to use it. Way too hard to learn how it works. I don't mind the challenge of learning something new. Then it's not hard anymore. What's hard is the ability to learn and keep learning. So many don't try because they are scared/insecure and try to pass themselves off and strong and confident. When it's okay to make mistakes if you learn from them.

Although if it keeps them out of here I agree they should never try.
