Someone should write a book about hand printed and hand highlighted signs that try to fix the confusing corporate decisions that impact people “on the ground” at locations like this CVS.

The corporate stuff looks slick and nice but there were so many different initiatives competing with each other that the actual usability is a mess.

As a software developer, I feel this same confusion with a lot of tools I use. (Obviously not with the ones I build 🤪)
