Is downloads.solarwinds.com getting blocked on Cleanbrowsing because of the backdoor, or is this an unintentional block ?

The site nxdomain's on Cleanbrowsing DNS

Workaround is to use https://web.archive.org/web/*/https://downloads.solarwinds.com/solarwinds/CatalogResources/Core/* , these archived pages have the backdoored and presumed clean install package downloads.
