@me_brady 1 boiled purple potato: 1 box jiffy cornbread mix 1: cup bisque or flour. Depending on how many you are cooking for you need to adjust the ratio of what to use. I.e. eggs flour corn mix so that it pours like pancake mix in a frying pan. I like it with honey. Or with chicken, lettuce and tomato.
