I am helping my niece run her lemonade stand. We jazzed up the super basic recipe with fresh mint leaves and ground ginger. As a gift, I bought a bottle of liquor to serve adult lemonade. We’re using frozen fruit as ice cubes. The stand is a hit. I am very proud of our efforts. I think I must make my own pitcher. And the next time we do this, I’m going to suggest that we offer black tea lemonade. That’s it, that’s the post!

Anyone who has looked at a 250 lb person with >30% body fat and one with < 10% body fat would know that they won’t have the same health outcomes just because they both have the same body weight and height.
