@2kcompliant I always recommend Protoweb. Great proxy for the retro feel.
You could also self-host WRP or Browservice to access new pages (uses Chrome Embedded Framework and basically throws the framebuffer to an HTML 1.1 webpage).
@distrohopper39b Ohhh, yeah, I can't say on the VMs. No doubt though, ATV 1st gen is gonna be rough (though you got 10 to boot so something oughta give eventually)
@distrohopper39b Is this a negative comment or not, I can't tell this time.
Also we RTM or SP2? I set up a Dell E521 a few months ago and it was a blast to go through, having skipped it to go straight to 7 in 2010.

1. A while ago, I remember seeing the 8048 firmware for the IBM Model F keyboard posted online. I can no longer seem to find it. Does anyone have a copy of it?

2. Additionally, I recall that with the copy I had, there was no context to how it was read out. Is there a debug/test mode on 8048 that lets you read out the firmware, similar to NCR 6500/1 (the Amiga keyboard controller, which has a few documented ways to read the mask ROM)?

@lepidotos 22 years on and still no lead.
@mrencyclopedia AMD or Nvidia (or even Intel)? I know there's the official Nvidia driver vs the open-source nouveau driver. AMD should be amdgpu, but could be the older radeon driver. Intel should be i915 in almost all cases.
Protesting is your right, but it can be risky—especially in today's climate. @EposVox The industry lost a great man all those years ago. John helped embolden the PC gaming space at a critical point when consoles reached that fever pitch of glorified PC hardware. I still recall so many of his videos, his Starcraft 2 ladder matches were hilarious for not being competitive. I tried Planetside 2 almost exclusively because of him. I feel like he would be ballistic about today's AI-focused fake frame guff.
@EposVox Torchlight and its sequel is always a good time. FATE was a good junior ARPG, I didn't realize that one got remastered. I enjoyed what time I spent on How To Survive, though it leans more into the survival nature of things rather than generic ARPG.
