Hm. As someone who lives in the far, far north, I'd have to subtract 20º from each of those entries. In fact, it's more like this:

< -30: Ok, now you're screwing with me
-30 to -20: Time for a beer in front of the fireplace
-20 to -10: Time for a ski
-10 to 0: Still time for a ski
0 to 10: Need a blanket for sitting outdoors
10 to 20: time for a swim.
20 to 30: Oh god why are you doing this
>30: Life shouldn't exist.
