Found an old photo of me and crew Matthew Norton sailing at the 1978 Mirror Southern Area Championships at Thorpe Bay Yacht Club. Never seen this photo before! I think it was taken by professional newspaper photographer Arthur Sidey, whose son Chris was a top Mirror sailor at the time.

But at least Hee Chan is available now - this week he is on the bench (barring any new injuries to the team!), but he is very likely to be back in next week for the Sheffield game.

Big changes to the team at Real Aldershot after last weeks poor performance. Manager avoided the sack but must be on borrowed time unless results improve. The injured Cunha and Joao Pedro are out and in come Haaland and Adebayo on free transfers - both straight into tomorrow's lineup 🤞😰 #fpl #gw25

Well last week in the #fpl was a bit mad. The injury situation at some clubs is worrying. I have had to sell Maddison. I suspect Saka won't play 90 minutes for Arsenal this weekend, perhaps Haarland too if City are ahead. But it is Trippier vs Walker that is troubling me. At the moment, I am thinking Trippier 🤞
