Another thing I learned long ago about the compounding effect of sentiment.
If you have an incredibly positive experience, you'll tell 5 people.
If you have an incredibly negative experience, you'll tell 20 people.
This is just in meatspace—imagine what this is like for social media where reach is that much greater!

When writing a post, have the ability to turn off comments from others.
This is useful for when you want to broadcast a message, but do not want to engage in a conversation or have that conversation hi-jacked by bad actors.
