That was a long, long time ago.

Honestly? I don't remember. I feel like the "masc-presentingness" of it all in the 80s means that there was much more guitar-based music on offer many nights, but I feel like different nights had different DJs with very different vibes.

I have this strong memory of being at Seattle's Johnny's Handlebar (the one *true* leatherbar Seattle ever had) and at some point "I Feel Love" came on and everybody was humping each other. Late 70s.
