I changed my admin day from Friday to Tuesday a few weeks back, and this is so much better! Tuesdays are often broken up with appointments and webinars and the like, and it was hard to get any serious work done. It's so much easier to fit paperwork into those schedule holes. And now I don't dread the Friday Pileup.
