Oh you sweet summer children. Aside from the blue screen that is actually in there and visible, I'd put good money on this being a giant greenscreen that had the color taken out for the video. I also saw what was clearly the backs of LED wall panels if we want to gripe about other non-practical things.
I don't know why they do this for promo....
That Trump picture *does* have a "high school artist" feel to it, so I see kinda how he's not happy with it.

I think of this scene for some reason, every time I think about some Democratic lawmaker or pundit, who is not taking this like the country ending event that it is.
