@Weld Delchi and I used to run into each other on the subway often on our ways to work back in the late 90s/early 2000s, and sometimes at goth events, though I was more on the "adulter" side of things as a DJ. We lost touch for a while and then didn't re-acquaint ourselves until I went to DC31 as an artist on the soundtrack, and then spent more time this past DEFCON ((33) we had started to work closer on HDA when he passed. Still in shock.
Been back for 2 DEFCONs in the past three years and I keep meaning to hit Voting Village and it just never happens.
Next time, I promise (I used to do some voting integrity work a while back)
