A couple of weeks ago I took a workshop with Shane Wolf in Mexico City, where he taught his approach to the three chalks (charcoal, sanguine and white pastel). I was impressed by the speed of the method, and by Shane’s warmth and the philosophy he brings to his love of the human figure and of life.
This is my final drawing from the class and the result of three days of intense practice.
