Harkening to the exploitation films of the 70s, Hunt Club is a takedown of the manosphere and faux masculinity. Suvari is quite good here and the gore effects are low budget, but good enough. It's over the top, campy while also scratching the sadistic itch. It's 2 star quality, but cathartic if you are sick of the manosphere and the man baby grifters populating it.
Not too bad. Solid ghost story with some creepy build and payoff. Characters aren't too deep and the early part relies on clichéd jump scares, but second half really picks up. Won't bring new levels to the genre, but does its thing pretty well with a low budget.
