@VeganRevolution we may be a minority but we have better health. You cannot grow a cow in your backyard but you can grow vegetables and fruit.

Your food should be your medicine. This advice is garlic.

1. Garlic contains compounds with medicinal properties that are equal to drugs.
2. Garlic is highly nutritious and tasty but has very few calories.
3. Garlic can help protect against illness, including the common cold and is anti microbial.
4. Eating garlic may help detoxify and clense heavy metals in the bodyi.
5. Improve bone health.
6. Improve blood pressure.

My friend, Dr. Ken Kelly and I use garlic a lot in our cooking.

A vegan diet is the best diet. Raw vegan is even better. Humans were intended to eat fruits, vegetables and non animal products. It is a lot harder to get the traditional diseases. Once you become a vegan, life will be so much better. You will discover that will not require a doctor or dentist as much as a non vegan. A successful vegan diet requires a good variety. These include green leaves, fruits, roots, nuts seeds oils, algae, crucifers, fungi.
