It has been a #DinosaurJr morning.

Been too under the weather to listen to much. However, in the last few days I've listened to all my other Akiko Suwanai albums. In addition to,

1) Bach's Sonatas and Partitas for Solo Violin, also

2) #Mendelssohn & #Tchaikovsky: Violin Concertos (which I wish was HiRes)

3) #JSBach Violin Concertos 1 & 2

4) #Dvorák and #Sarasate: Works for Violin and Orchestra

5) #Dvorak, #Janacek and #Brahms: Works for Violin and Piano

6) Poème

7) Souvenir

Healing to Suwanai's #violin.

#NowListening to Akiko Suwanai's recording of Bach's Sonatas and Partitas for Solo Violin.

I have many, many recordings of Bach's Sonatas and Partitas for Solo Violin. Akiko Suwanai's is the best.

But don't buy the SACD. It doesn't sound nearly as good as the 192kHz/24bit #HiRes album. I have both and I will swear to this.

#Bach #JSBach

My favorite #NeilDiamond song, "Solitary Man." I had this on vinyl back in the day. When I found a Diamond collection in #HiRes at 192kHz/24bit I promptly bought it.

This collection also has "I'm a Believer," "Craklin' Rosie," and "Girl, You'll Be a Woman Soon"

This is a joke. I understand youth were getting more into #ClassicalMusic, but as I understood it, @TheConversationUS, it was nothing more than a fad that passed. This entire premise is sad, misguided, inappropriate, and so misses the point of what music is.

Reviews about anything music related, be it topical, or even about equipment, always miss the point.

Cluelessness wins the day over and over and over.

Welcome to the world of the Hard of Hearing (#HOH), Paul.

Paul Simon says he is ‘beginning to’ accept his hearing loss

Having a disability ‘changes how you interact with life’, singer-songwriter says, months after revealing he has almost completely lost hearing in his left ear

So-called critics are full of it when they say they can listen to a #MilesDavis album and tell such and such album was a precursor to such and such album. Yes, if you really want to you read into developing styles and developments, BUT, that doesn't takes away from the fact that Miles Davis was not a predictable man. He was fully capable, as a musician, of doing anything at anytime. He could create any sound at one period in his life and then something completely different. #Jazz #JazzMusic
