Me: The UI to set the preference order for wifi networks in MacOS is pretty bad.
Apple: Removes the ability to do this in UI (in Sonoma).
Generative AI is already achieving things I thought were impossible.
For example, I used to loath how pointless stock images were used to illustrate web pages, but now that it's replaced with even-more-pointless genAI images I find myself longing for stock images, which I would never have thought possible.
Filing this one under "you don't appreciate what you have until you lose it": this Kindle ebook suddenly loses all punctuation half-way through the book, but the story is good enough that I persevere.
Fortunately it's English not German so the capitalization helps.

Also my brain: I just realized that Paul Simon's "you can call me Al" would be fun to re-write as a commentary on Artificial Intelligence by replacing the "l" of "Al" with a capital "i". Why not do it now? You'd barely have to change anything.
