Accidentally faraday-caged my work laptop's wifi card in the middle of a meeting 
turns out when you're messing around with metal embossing in your free time and just pile your random art crap from the night before on your closed laptop, you *might* accidentally cover your wifi card in aluminum and block most - but not all - radio waves from reaching it
