Slowing down in an era of constant acceleration seems almost impossible at times. 2022 seems to have passed by twice as fast as the years of the pandemic.
A book that helps to unpack old concepts about learning that we may have forgotten about, (for those of us whom are gen X) and those that may never have experienced slowing down because they were born in the era of constant acceleration.

Unions are the largest organized segment of the labor force and yet they demand
so little, it's staggering.
Unions have the power to bring about real change, like democracy even.
If they'd demanded nationalization of the railroads as critical infrastructure, it would have opened a whole new conversation. Railroads should not be the plaything for WallSt billionaires to squeeze workers for that last ounce of blood.
Demand more, demand fairness, democracy, integrity. The public will support you!

An impressive opening of the International Conference Against Corruption #iacc2022 in Washington DC. Encouraging words from the likes of Samantha Power of USAID and the President of Moldova Maia Sandu
This Friday I participate in a workshop that is part of this conference in my capacity as UNISERV - President, to examine how the United Nations can and must strengthen its internal #whistleblowing mechanisms and protections to ensure that we #walkthetalk within our own backyard.
