My bad prediction for this weekend. Stroll will wreck his wrist, obtain a permanent injury, and be a worse #f1 driver than he already is. But he'll keep his seat forever. Either way, this weekend, he finishes in p16.

The Dragon's Cave
Let us begin the second week of the fast, O brothers,
fulfilling it with rejoicing, day by day,
making a fiery chariot for ourselves, like Elijah the Tishbite,
out of the great cardinal virtues,
elevating our minds by subduing our passions,
arming ourselves with purity
to chase away and vanquish the Enemy!

HERE's MY NEXT BAD PREDICTION. Alonso will finish p2 in the driver's championship. #f1
#F1 Nice to see Williams in the points again.

Alonso's back on the podium, what a sight!
In F1, he's still got the speed and might!
But poor McLaren, their lack of pace,
Leaves them in last, it's quite the disgrace!
Let's hope they tune their car real quick,
Or Alonso will leave them feeling sick

Also, to be clear, the Fathers do not condemn abortions in cases which involve either the death of the mother, or both the mother and the child unless actions are taken. Certainly, they regard the sacrifices of mothers for their children as salvific, but that of course cannot happen in many cases because the child would die without the mother. Beyond that, giving birth in ancient times was a risky business. I'm not sure how many abortions to save the mother's life were even possible. They considered that a pastoral issue to be resolved on a case by case basis. One of the flags on my posts states that I am condemning this. I am not. It is an easy mistake to make if you are not familiar with the Fathers, which honestly, most people aren't. That's okay. That's what people like myself want to do. I want you to meet them, to understand them, and to love them. I want to expose people to their writings and wisdom. Not everyone will appreciate it, and that's okay. I'm just posting quotes so that those who might be interested have a chance to discover them.
On my instance, two of my posts have been removed and I have received a warning. I am responding to the removal and explaining why I am moving instances. This post may be taken down by the moderators because it disagrees with their decision. I will move instances on Monday with the ssame username, ultamentkiller, so if you can't find me, type that in. I will continue posting Christian quotes via that instance.
Both posts removed contained quotes from fourth and fifth century Christians denouncing abortions. the point was this. To them, abortion was equivalent to murder. In our modern language, this may seem like condemning women who have an abortion. The Fathers, however, are announcing a call for repentance. They do not hate those women. Rather, they love them enough to tell them that what they did was wrong, but that they may find forgiveness in Jesus. Too often, our culture equates statements of right and wrong with statements of love and hate. To love is to acknowledge a wrong and call it out. It is to speak the truth, not hide behind a false peace. For Christ did not come to bring peace, but division. Naming my post hate speech is to attack the faith of millions of Catholics, Orthodox Christians, Orthodox Jews, and many Muslims. If the quotes said that we should all get together and brutalize these women, that would be different. I am appealing the decision, but I doubt I will be listened to. When it fails, I will move to a Catholic instance where I am free to express my faith. #Christian #Christianity #catholic #OrthodoxChristian
