It’s of very little consequence, but early in this season, when Tua was concussed and immediately following a commercial break, the injury was replayed in slow motion, I turned off the @nfl for good.

jacobianI am once again asking you to stop using LastPass. The company has a history of security issues dating back years, and has yet to make holistic security improvements — or heck even investigate incidents properly.
Good alternatives:
- 1Password is my #1 rec, best for most use cases
- Bitwarden if you want open source
- KeePassXC if you want local vaults and open source
- I hear ok things about Dashlane but don’t know a ton

My advice is that you all become *very* aware of who owns your instance and why.
Get to know your admins—make sure their values align with your own.
If you don't want to put your social media life in the hands of strangers, then self-host your own instance.
Peter SterneThe New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, CNN and Associated Press have all posted guides to using Mastodon, which in turn have been syndicated by numerous local news outlets. That matters. We're rapidly approaching a situation where the media will refer to things happening "on Mastodon" the way they referred to Twitter in, say, 2013.
