The Keith Haring exhibit at the Broad is fantastic. They tell his story well from gallery to gallery, with maybe some avoidance of his psychedelic influences. But they don't hide from his less "high artistically palatable" sexual works. The evolution of his work, the influence of his queer and radical milieu, and his commitment to social causes and questioning art hierarchies was all there. Haring's own words on community, work and legacy give me a lot to digest, too.
