@toddo I was just looking at the info Threads has on the Android Play Store and they blatantly state you can link to Mastodon and I thought they had already made an agreement to cross feed.

If it's illegal to transport minors across state lines for immoral purposes, why can't the same law apply to those who traffic undocumented across state lines for political purposes?

@knitting I just saw a convo about family members knitting. I used to spend the summers with my maternal grandmother who was in her 80s. I was about 12 and brought my knitting with me. Gramma didn't knit, but decided she wanted to learn. One afternoon we sat down and I showed her how to cast on and begin a scarf. She knit for awhile, then set it aside. Next afternoon, more knitting. She was doing well. Third afternoon, handed me the yarn and said, "I don't have time for this." Um ... O ... K.

@colburn I saw a post, reblogged by someone I follow expressing the opinion that they weren't going to use CW because you can just unfollow me. I had to point out with Mastedon's reblog feature I got their post and I don't follow them. We really need to have that CW for that reason. I for one, don't want to see politics & twitface posts.

@JRRM I've found the star toe fits my foot the best and it eliminates the kitchener stitch. I wish I could figure out how to do it for my toe-up sock pattern.
