Would be amazing to see Alonso and Aston Martin take the whole thing!
It offers absolutely no certainty, but it is a striking statistic. Ever since 2017, the fastest driver in FP2 of the first GP of the year has also become champion that same year. Will this series come to an end this year, or will Fernando Alonso go on for his third F1 title?
As a TPC chair one hopes for many good submissions, then great PC discussion, followed by a great event program.
Even with all this fortune, it remains painful to send rejection notices, many that are also great and often the result of hard work.
