I saw something on YouTube for a fancy tonkatsu restaurant and it looked so good. I love tonkatsu. Anyway, I looked up the prices and it was over $35 for tonkatsu! So I made my own. 5 tonkatsu for under $15 complete with sauce, hot mustard, rice, and cabbage. It was delicious. Follow me for more spiteful cooking.

I made potato wedges with caramelized onions, bacon, and cheese. It was good.
