seeing scammers evolving to use RCS is quite impressive
however, seeing google messages letting this garbage through isn't

… and people should ideally walk in bubble wrap to ensure they're not hurt! you're not safe either and your privacy is hurt as well if you're not walking in it! 😑
(NB: the whole press article sounds like they're seriously pissed off by the DMA, trying to present it as a privacy/security risk and lost revenue for Apple)
