Alito & Thomas violated SCOTUS' "code of ethics," which requires them to recuse from cases with even the appearance of a conflict of interest.

Alito flew 2 insurrectionist flags.

Thomas' wife tried to overturn the election.

If that's not the appearance of conflict, what is?

Even if Trump has immunity, nobody that follows illegal orders does, right?? So doesn’t that mean anyone getting ordered to do something illegal better think twice because they have no immunity for their actions.

Don't military for example have responsibility not to follow illegal orders and can they be held responsible for following any bad acts.

So isn't this only a Get out of Jail card for one person not everyone that follows direction. Seal Team six can be imprisoned if they kill anyone in US no matter who orders it. Thoughts?
