did i ever mention i used to be a pastry chef for, like, a year? anyways here was my magnum opus, surprisingly one of the earliest things i did. it was chocolate cake infused with irish cream, marshmallow rum buttercream between the layers, and mint buttercream on the outside with a dark chocolate peppermint ganache drizzle. it was for st pattys day last year
