@carmenlisandrette So it's something like with Canada, where there is a reasonably large French speaking population. I understand there being a presence of Dutch in Pacific islands during the 17-19th centuries, but after World War 2 is just wacky to me. It makes sense, considering what state Europe was in. Especially countries neighboring Germany.
