Bofa UpdogSolidarity is the hardest part of being on the left. Knowing about and caring about everyone else's struggles with capitalism is mentally exhausting in a profound way, and sometimes can paralyze you with anxiety or hopelessness. Remember to tune out sometimes and recharge.

Please remember that the overly vocal minority of vegans are the ones giving veganism a bad reputation. Confirmation bias is going to confirm the opinion that all vegans are super loud and obnoxious unless you actively remember that you never find out when someone doesn't tell you their a vegan to dismiss that bias.
