Wow. When did normal socialization become a lost art?

How many genders does Mozilla think there is and why do they even care? How many ancillary products will they create? Maybe just make a good web browser and pay your engineers...

Okay... Feel like I'm having a stroke, here. I have several Chrome Cast w/ Google TV 4ks running the #Jellyfin official client. With almost every h265 main 10 mkv the video stutters, audio is fine. Confirmed there's no transcoding in logs. Before I used libvlc (now deprecated for good reasons) and they worked perfectly even at 4k and high bitrates. Haven't watched much since the libvlc deprecation but now I'm on the hunt for the reason... Any ideas? Was it just software decoding before and the CPU handled it? I'm too tired for this... I just wanna watch the original #StarWars trilogy and relax.
Small business still running Windows 7... Obviously EOL. Only really use Office 2003 (heh), Chrome (EOL on Win7), and some kinda Panda Antivirus that uses 2-3 MEGABYTES per second of network traffic and features a spinning bear icon that makes the owner feel safe.
