It’s a difficult time for many of us; come learn about ways you can plug in, find community, and continue to make an impact when it’s needed most.

Hey #Columbus #Ohio - Join us this Tuesday for our November meeting, which will include a post-election breakdown. While Issue 47 passed, the changes at the state and federal level will impact the work we must do.

Tuesday, November 12, 7:00-8:30pm, Main Library (96 S Grant Ave), Meeting Room 1A. All are welcome.

Afterward, we will provide updates on the Equitable Transit Oriented Development (ETOD) recommendations for LinkUS, our efforts to advocate for free fares on COTA buses, and the recent Policy Matters Ohio report, “Ohio’s Roadmap to Clean Transportation”
Our September meeting is this Tuesday, 9/10 at 7:30pm (please note the later-than-usual start time). Our guest for this meeting is Brian Estabrook of Yay Bikes!, who will give a presentation on movement building and theories of change.

Transit Columbus is hosting a series of happy hour panel discussions with city and COTA leadership to dig deeper into upcoming transit and mobility initiatives and what they mean for residents of central Ohio. On September 17, we’re partnering with Bikes for All People, All Aboard Ohio, and Yay Bikes! to learn more about LinkUS, BikePlus, and the future of mobility in our region. Panelists: Monica Tellez-Fowler, CEO at COTA Shannon Hardin, City Council President Moderated by Stevie Pasamonte of Transit Columbus. Tomorrow! Join us for a meet and greet with Bike Lane Uprising’s Christina Whitehouse at Pierogi Mountain followed by our August meeting. Christina will share her advocacy story and planners from the city will give us updates on the BikePlus plan and vision network.
UPDATE: Due to the IT outage, please submit testimony or sign up to speak by emailing [email protected]. Council will also be accepting speakers day of the hearing at the door until 1:45pm.
