Transphobia is a dangerous and damaging form of discrimination that has no place in modern society. Trans people are a part of our human family and deserve the same respect, dignity, and basic human rights as everyone else. We must stand together to fight against transphobia and ensure that trans people are able to live their lives freely and authentically.
Trans people face a wide range of challenges in their lives, from discrimination and harassment to violence and even murder. This must end.

Am Trans Dian I grew up in Uganda and faced persecution for my gender identity. I fled to Kakuma Refugee camp in Kenya, where I continue to face abuse and discrimination from fellow refugees and locals. I struggle alot to survive in the camp and am in desperate need of basic necessities like food, water, and medical care. Despite the challenges I face, I refuses to give up and continue to fight for my right to live freely as a trans woman.
