@stroughtonsmith The placement of the traffic lights has been inconsistent within MacOS itself for several years now. Used to be that the traffic lights were always in the exact same spot on every window. Now Finder, Chrome, Fantastical, Outlook, Preview all have traffic lights in a different offset from the corner of the window. Why? Does Apple just not care anymore?
@marcoarment But why is the default action on the left and not the right now? And not highlighted in blue, signifying that you can hit the Enter key to select that action? And do the new dialogs give the ability to do like CMD-A for Allow and CMD-D for Don't Allow?
@daringfireball TYPO: "Apple, opens new tab has a tough choice" -- delete 'opens new tab'
@delric That's literally what I said. It's not too niche of a market if it helps people recover their luggage and saves the airlines lots of money. There are plenty of locations where luggage could be lost (such as a storage area) with no iPhones consistently nearby. Put a relay there and it's always transmitting the location of all of the Airtagged luggage.
@daringfireball If only the gov cared as much about the 40,000 people killed annually by automobiles. That's = to a 737 crashing and killing everyone on board every 36 hours.
@viticci I quit filing bug reports about 5 years ago, after realizing that Apple only fixed about 5% of what I submitted (even though most of the bugs were super simple things, not esoteric edge cases). They just don't care. It's a waste of time to submit feedback.
