Isn't there a concept of 'one resource should only work so much' in companies?
Any role, any company, they want you to constantly juggle stuff and then you end up doing a mediocre job across the board.

When people fight globalization because it outsources American jobs to China, they're fighting to retain that privilege, where you can get globally rich by being born in the right country.
