@jentaub It would certainly help if so much out media didn't routinely cover the fascists like they were some new brand of cool outsiders that are just bringing a different perspective.

Seniors who sat for the SATs last month at El Paso High School will have to retake the test after many of the sheets with their answers were scattered on the street.

@Krassenstein the appeal of this decentralized, federated concept is clear. We don't want to be subject to the whims of one person and this is a complete solution for that problem.

I've noticed a lot of corporate P.R. campaigns encouraging people to vote. But they never say who to vote for, anything about specific issues or even where they find candidate information. It's the P.R. civic engagement equivalent of greenwashing. #election #vote
Hard to explain how rich the rich are. What is $974 billion? If the top 10 US billionaires sold all their assets and went on a buying spree, what would they get? These 10 people could buy all 41 million used cars sold in 2019, for $20,600 average each ($841b), and still have almost enough to buy every NFL team ($139 billion). Or...
@itsbrad I'll believe it when I see it. For now, I feel like it's still fairly limited to China specific and rooted in antagonism more than actual populism.
@dkinney @mogul it's definitely a different experience. I have noticed my feed of people I follow doesn't seem to update regularly but then if I go to their individual profiles I see tons of posts they made. So I'm still trying to figure it out myself.
