Moon motorcycles sounded great in theory but in 1/6g things got a little spicy to say the least.
I'm willing to bet that almost none of you knew that there was a softshell helmet considered for the Apollo program, but as we all know, they went with the bubble helmet in the end. (which is still in use today btw)
It still blows my mind that on early shuttle missions up to the Challenger disaster, astronauts did not wear pressure suits on ascent/descent. They just wore flight suits with a helmet.

Right, it's America invading another nation and killing thousands of innocent people.
