Been replaying Banjo-Tooie, or I was until stalling out in the god forsaken factory, and I had absolutely forgotten there is a multiplayer death match mode using Kazooie as your gun. Thought that memory was from a fever dream.
I'm pretty into the Final Fantasy Magic set, and the overall reception seems good, but boy it has really brought out the sweaty, sweaty pedants on the Magic subreddit.
Finished reading Vurt, recommended to me by a guy at the bookstore. Super weird, really good.
Got tickets to see Dropout's improv show when they come through St. Louis. Super stoked!

It had been a minute since I played any, but I just really like games in the broad genre of "cooperatively get shit done." Deep Rock Galactic, Overcooked, all that kind of stuff.

Hey friends,
At the end of last year’s Desert Bus for Hope, James and Andrew teased a smaller event that would be happening in May, and we’re happy to share some more details about what we’re calling Desert Bus Express. Starting on Friday, May 23rd, 2025 at 4pm PDT, for 24 hours, we’re going to be driving the virtual Desert Bus from Tucson to Las Vegas. Instead of donations extending our run, we’re aiming for the biggest impact we can make in a single day, all in service to the BC Cancer Founda
I know I haven't done something spontaneous and fun in too long when I finally do and my credit card company assumes it was fraud.
I'm very guilty of being extremely motivated on Sundays and losing it all at sunrise on Monday. I could probably conquer the world if I could just get that motivation to stick!
Tidied some of the flower beds and got a bunch of herbs, onions, beets, and snow peas planted in the garden. Productive Spring day!
