Lounge very nearly finished

Finished painting now, 2 coats of undercoat and topcoat and quite pleased with the end result

Painting today with 2 coats of undercoat before the top coat

I went for a bike ride tonight

Meanwhile I’m soaking my feet in cold water to try and help my troublesome Achilles, this and the stretching regime recommended by my physio seems to be helping

I really enjoyed cycling on the Isle of Arran, all drivers seemed to be more tolerant and considerate towards cyclists

My new set up on my bike, I’ve now got the option of a 32
