OOPS a certain admin wrote a blog post in december but due to Technical Issues it never posted and that admin didn't notice they only noticed the sad lack of responses that are now EXPLAINED by providence.

ok maybe now we are back
well! that was premature! we're wedged again. Current hypothesis is that some new user's stuff was poorly behaved and is choking us out. We've already had one DC trip and will do our best to avoid a second one but it might be necessary later today.

it's probably just everything booting up all at once making the server slow and unresponsive. please be patient as we let it simmer for a bit and figure out what's going on
