Feet Feud (Hacker Family Feud) Survey (DEF CON 33)

Please READ the following before completing this form: These survey questions will form the answers to the Feet Feud (Hacker Family Feud) contest being held at DEF CON 33 this year (tentatively scheduled for 10:30pm on Saturday August 9, Track 1&2). Why is it called Feet Feud? Because it's run by members of the hacker group "OnlyFeet" and we thought the name was funny. Now we're an official DEF CON contest...oops. 🤪 If you want to be a contestant, please don't read the questions or answer them. Note that there is no guarantee you will be selected as a contestant, but if you want a chance, please close the form now. GNU Terry Pratchett

As a quote from the Discworld novel Going Postal says: “A man is not dead while his name is still spoken.”

Each time a server responds with "GNU Terry Pratchett" it's keeping an echo of him moving around the world.

"GNU" was a series of control codes that together would result in a message being sent over the clacks forever.

G: send the message on.
N: do not log the message.
U: send the message back at the end of the line.

This idea comes from Pratchett's own Discworld novels, where messages were sent on the "clacks", a long-distance semaphore system - basically Discworld's version of the Internet.
