I have just been awarded the 4-year Starter Grant/Etableringsstöd from Vetenskapsrådet/Swedish Research Council, to work on my project "HOLy GraLeS - High-definition Observations of Lyman emission in Gravitationally Lensed Starbursts". The work is centered around our upcoming observations with the JWST next spring!
I'm very happy and honestly surprised that I got it. Yay!
So this morning's bus driver got into multiple screaming matches with the driver of a car in front of us, and finally decided to run the bus and passengers into the other car to push him out of the way.
Don't do road rage guys.
Because of my job, I got free tickets to the premiere of Brecht's play "Life of Galileo" at Dramaten, Sweden's national theater. Took my 11-year old kid with me. It was marvellous. Thank you, Dramaten!
