It's been a properly fun week off. I've wanted to build a mini door for physical security training and I've finally done it!
This is a great way to mount some of my second hand locksets for picking, and I can configure it for different scenarios for training me or others.
And it's complete! I'm very happy with the final finish, and I'll make a few minor tweaks in the future, but it's definitely feature-complete 😎
If you're inspired a lot of the dimensions and the vectors for the logo etc are all here: https://hackaday.io/project/189297-nakatomi-plaza-rfid-reader-prop
More progress on the Nakatomi Plaza RFID reader prop. Only have to add the sticker and it's done!
(Enjoy the YT "shorts" ratio on your ultra-wide 😂)
Made some good project progress over the weekend, mostly on a Die Hard inspired (c'mon, it was Christmas!) RFID scanner prop from the vault door.
Hoping to build a proper case this coming week and get it painted too, but in the meantime the paper mockup is looking dimensionally correct and all the electronics fit.
