@AmandaMarcotte I remember ages ago ready a comment that ironic racism is still racism. That taught me not to use it, and so I am always suspicious of “ironic” racists. They are still racists in the end
@TechConnectify I did not even interpret those as brake lights, which should be a solid color even when combined with turn signals (which I agree is stupid)
@jalefkowit Sorry for the wall of text, but I have spent so much time fiddling with settings on my work computers just to make them do the most basic stuff. How is it that Windows/Office in 2023 is less capable than they were in 1995?
@jalefkowit How about how Microsoft has decided that the title bar is a great place to stick a big ass search box which is on by default? Even after you turn it off there’s text with restriction settings and a drop down that you can’t turn off and which cuts off the end of the filename? I’ve had to resort to putting dates and version numbers at the start of the title so they aren’t hidden?
