This cat from the Orange County Register has a harebrained notion that people leaving California is a bad thing. Look at the framing in the headline.
It's one of those right wing tropes that the state isn't attractive for one reason or another. If one of those reasons happens to be overcrowding, wouldn't an exodus be a good thing?
Let's spare a thought for the folks who were evacuated from the Highland Fire burn area. Hot, dry wind isn't helping.
