Gas smell only on cold start?

I drive a 2008 4runner with 85k miles. It’s been receiving by the manual maintenance for its whole life. Recently I have started noticing a gas smell when I start the car in the morning. It seems to dissipate after a few minutes. I also don’t really notice it on subsequent starts on the same day if I take the car out multiple times. Or if I do, it’s less pronounced. There is no visible leak or gas on the driveway that I can see. Any ideas? I’m planning to take it in but figured no harm in asking here to see if anyone knows what I might be dealing with first. Love was far from perfect, but he was also far from bad. Thought he settled in pretty quickly. The Packers took advantage of opponent mistakes, played well on special teams and defense, and took what the defense gave them for the most part on offense.

I didn’t like seeing Aaron Jones disappear in the second quarter. Glad they adjusted I’m the second half. Still some iffy drops here and there. I’d like to see better from Dillon . Nice push from the defensive line (and good pressure in general) but we could use to improve our tackling a bit. In fairness fields is obviously extremely elusive.

Have to watch the personal fouls, but I’m also happy to see the Packers/Bears rivalry getting chippy even with two young teams.

Overall hard to be upset by much from this as a first game.

Title, basically. I keep trying to keep my excitement in check but with every preseason game I’ve felt like I’m seeing more and more things I like from this team. Is it crazy to think we could legitimately play .500 or better football this year? They just seem to have a great core, great attitude, and I can’t wait for the regular season.
