Oh wow. We've resorted to school yard 'you're dumb!'
Why don't you push me down and pull my pigtails while you're at it.
@TruthSandwich @Nazani @[email protected] @selzero
First of all, moron. I'm not American, so I'm voting for fuck all in your country.
Second, trump can fall into a volcano for all I care.
Third, Biden isn't going to fuck you not matter how hard you chase that tail, buddy.
@TruthSandwich @[email protected] @Nazani @selzero
You're so far up Biden's ass, you can see out of his mouth.
@Melpomene I'm glad she got it removed. She told me about the shit they pulled. 'profiles cannot be deleted.' But it's funny how as soon as she mentioned GDPR, fines and a (fake) lawyer they suddenly removed it. Lmfao. So sketchy, lying and saying they cannot be removed, when in fact it's quite easy for them to delete stuff.

I've read things online about them being shady with stuff like this before. But to actually hear it from a friend, you realise just how crappy these people are!

@BroBot90001 @georgetakei I wish everyone did respect it. People's choices are theirs to make, I choose not to believe in the God they preach, they choose to believe. That's fine. But like you said, it's the pressure coming to convert that's the issue. It does come from both sides also, non-believers trying to make believers change by forcing their view that God doesn't exist. And the other way round. Albeit, I've seen more aggression from religious folk than non-religious.
I just stopped interacting with them for the most part, as no matter what I believe, it's wrong and I'm a despicable person because I don't believe what they do.

I went to Catholic school, it was the only school in the area sadly. The priest was fired because he was a pedophile. It makes me laugh how they preach their religion as pure and true, yet according to the pope, 1 in 10 priests are pedophiles. So, if your religion is really pure and true, why are you hiding the blatant abuse of it and allowing disgusting things to continue, just because they believe in the same god? So hypocritical that they call everyone else pedophiles, yet protect the people who actually are because... God?
I always find it funny how Christians forget they stole pagan holidays to run out a 'competitor', yet claim to love thy neighbour, except if they're a different religion or part of the LGBTQ community.

This article was wonderful to read, the lack of judgement and ill intent was refreshing in a topic about religion. Shame more people aren't like this and more accepting. It would make the world a nicer place. I've may way too many aggressive Christians in my life, I don't have an issue with religion. But like I say, religion is like a penis, it's fine to have it. But when you take it out and try shove it down my throat, then it becomes a problem.

The aggression from religious and non-religious people directed towards eachother just needs to stop. We're all allowed to believe what we choose. Can't we just all be as understanding as the guy who wrote this?
@evan Honestly, the whole thing about making it more welcoming for women, I get it. People online can suck. But As a woman, when reading that it feels like we're still viewed as some fragile, breakable objects who can't think for ourselves so we need others to implement was for us to be safe. There's block and report buttons, and we have the ability to stand up for ourselves.

And trying to, politely, dissuade someone from replying to another person feels like a very mild form of control, trying to change their thought pattern so they won't do something. It's a mind game and I'm not sure how to feel about that.

Yes, there's some assholes who go around being jerks to people, you'll get that everywhere. But you can just block them. Rather than having a programme that tries to alter a thought pattern of someone.
